Open Positions:

Territory Manager – Lab
MT, WY, CO, NM, UT & NV (East of Reno).

Position Summary:
Responsible for driving sales of Kulzer products and achieving budgeted sales goals within established territory. Ability to build and maintain trust, strong professional relationships and to understand the customer’s needs. Effective use of customer and market data to plan and prioritize selling strategies and action plans in order to be influential with dental lab customers, dealers and other key lab partners for increased sales and use of Kulzer products.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • This position arranges, facilitates and provides training on Kulzer products through co-travels with distributor representatives, one-on-one presentations, group presentations, sales meetings and convention selling.
  • Continually research to insure an on-going, comprehensive understanding of Kulzer products, dental and laboratory market segments, competitive products, industry trends, dental techniques, new products, promotional activity and enhanced selling skills.
  • Develop and maintain complete up-to-date records within the Company’s systems and processes, while also maintaining an adequate working inventory of literature, stock packages, demo equipment and promotional items.
  • Provide timely reports to members of the Sales Management Team relating to sales and marketing information, sales funnels, competitive activities, new product ideas, promotion improvements and technical inquiries as assigned.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager, Key Account Manager and clinical representative to provide a comprehensive dental and laboratory offering to our customers.
  • Follow Company practices, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance and integrity within the territory and customer base.


Qualifications / Skills:
  • Proven sales experience and documented success within a B2B selling environment
  • Proficiency in building ongoing relationships across a longer selling cycle within a lab environment
  • Skilled in navigating obstacles and getting to decision makers
  • Closing skills
  • Consultative & transactional selling skills, including cold calling, product demos, pitching, and a high degree of account management skills
  • High energy and coachable
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Overnight travel is required
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license


Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science preferred
  • 3 years of outside Medical/Dental Device or Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferred
  • Sales experience within the Payroll industry also ideal
  • Seeking a "hunter", with proven success with B2B sales

Territory Manager – Clinical
Austin/SanAntonio, TX

Position Summary:
Responsible to drive sales of Kulzer products and achieve budgeted sales goals within established moderate-sized territory. Ability to build and maintain trust, strong professional relationships and to understand the customer’s needs. Effective use of customer and market data to plan and prioritize selling strategies and action plans in order to be influential with key dental professionals and related office personnel for increased sales and use of Kulzer products.

Maintenance Technician
Full Time, Days 1st Shift - South Bend, IN

Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician performs corrective and preventive maintenance, repair of production and facility equipment, and will perform mechanical skills, including but not limited to: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC. Must be knowledgeable in all ten (10) of our Maintenance Skill Elements (identified under “Qualifications/Skills” category below), and requires the expertise of a seasoned trades’ professional with competent, sound decision-making ability, many times working with minimal to no supervision.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Must be proficient on the use of a variety of hand and power tools including, but not limited to: drills, saws, brakes, presses, ironworker, welding equipment, cutting torch, plasma cutter and digital volt meters.
  • Responsible to bend metallic conduit, install metallic conduit, and install flexible conduit.
  • Responsible to interpret electrical code for wiring color code, conduit fill, ampacities, etc., as it relates to electrical systems and installations.
  • Responsible to effectively work on single-phase and three-phase AC powered systems up to 480V; and DC power systems up to 180V.
  • Responsible to troubleshoot and repair motors and motor control systems as they relate to all production and facility equipment, timely and effectively.
  • Responsible to be familiar with man-lifting equipment, such as scissor lifts, forklifts, man-lift baskets, and boom-style lifts; following all OSHA and Kulzer rules and regulations associated with operating such equipment.
  • Responsible to learn all necessary QS procedures related to areas of responsibility, prior to release to work in those areas.
  • Responsible to learn and perform production level skills for all production lines as described in the respective job descriptions, i.e., but not limited to: VK, Gypsum, Pouch, Ivory.
  • Responsible to effectively train subordinate-level maintenance and production employees to all aspects of their job to ensure department safety, quality and efficiency.
  • Responsible to plan projects, schedule maintenance tasks, and meet with vendors as necessary.
  • Responsible to follow, maintain and train others to Kulzer’s safety protocol and QS procedures related to assigned area of control.
  • Responsible to maintain a neat and orderly work area, and return all tools and supplies to their designated storage areas directly following their use; assets will be managed and inventoried to ensure protection.
  • Responsible to perform work in a safe and competent manner with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible to perform preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance and cleaning, as necessary.
  • Responsible to manage area(s) to meet or surpass department key performance indicators that apply to their position.
  • Responsible to complete appropriate paperwork and utilize software for entry and retrieval of operational data, as necessary.
  • Responsible to ensure all quality system procedures and other company policies are followed within their area of control.
  • Responsible to take on other duties, as assigned.


Qualifications / Skills:
  • Must be knowledgeable in all 10 Maintenance Skill Elements, to include: HVAC, steam operation, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, machinery repair, cutting/welding, tool-die repair, drafting, and programmable logic controls (PLCs).
  • Must possess ability to create parts drawings in AutoCad or other software platforms.
  • Must be prompt and efficient on the job, and maintain a positive work ethic and related behaviors.
  • Must be flexible in working hours, adjusting work schedule as needed to meet company needs.


Education and/or Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associates degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred
  • 5 years min. experience in a production or facility maintenance position

Machine Operator/Mixer
Full Time, Days 1st Shift - South Bend, IN

Position Summary:
Individual chosen for this position will work within our manufacturing facility. This position is responsible to manufacturer, assemble, inspect and package product into specified containers along with the labeling and attaching appropriate paperwork, ensuring all QS procedures, and company policies and procedures are followed. Also, responsible to meet departmental productivity rates, inventory accuracy, housekeeping expectations, and safety goals.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Completion of appropriate paperwork and utilize software for entry and retrieval of operational data.
  • Manage VK area to meet or surpass department key performance indicators that apply to their position.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area, will be prompt and efficient on the job, and maintain a positive work ethic and related behaviors.
  • Properly weigh and mix/compound raw materials according to formula sheet specifications and QS procedures for production processes.
  • Must familiarize yourself and quickly gain working knowledge of machinery to perform job to include: preventative maintenance, cleaning of equipment and machinery, along with trouble-shooting the production line when necessary.
  • Perform required testing and full auditing of the product during and at the end of the process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Properly operate machinery according to quality standards.
  • Ensure all quality system procedures are followed and met within their area of control.
  • Must follow strict safety rules when operating machinery, and use proper safety equipment when handling hazardous materials at all times.
  • May work/assist in other manufacturing areas, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.


Qualifications / Skills:
  • Certified or willing to obtain certification to operate a Forklift
  • Able to operate a pallet jack; both electric and manual
  • Able to utilize software for entry and retrieval of operational data; Excel Spreadsheets
  • Able to operate various equipment and machinery within a production environment
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Able to effectively communicate and follow direction
  • Flexible to work in multiple manufacturing areas


Education and/or Experience:
  • Must possess High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic math, reading and writing skills are required
  • Minimum of 3 years production or distribution experience preferred
  • Experience with compounding, assembly and packaging preferred


Candidates for this position will be required to take a basic math test during our interview process.

The hours for this position will be M-F 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm with OT hours, at times. Some flexibility may be arranged. Summer hours typically are 5:00am-1:30pm.
