Position Summary:
Undertakes complex and critical research and analysis for members of the organization in a wide range of specialties and presents interpretation of findings and provides relevant solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the preparations of monthly, quarterly and annual journal entries, financial closing and associated reporting for functional area(s) supported.

Director of Marketing

Position Summary:
This position maximizes sales growth and profitability of the product lines through the development and execution of strategic business/marketing plans through the marketing group. Incumbent has overall direct responsibility for product and brand management by product line for dental and lab as well as responsible for pricing recommendations and customer focus activities. This position is also responsible for corporate communications, in conjunction with the President and Vice President of Sales. The Director of Marketing plays a primary effort in ensuring the Business Unit’s sales and profit objectives are met or exceeded.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to develop and executes short and long term plans and strategies, aligned with Sales, within the marketing department consistent with Kulzer U.S. and Headquarter objectives. This includes successfully introducing and managing new and existing products and/or line extensions.
  • Responsible to provides leadership, training, tools, and mentoring within the marketing and associated sales areas for the effective implementation and attainment of desired goals.
  • Responsible to articulates the mission and goals of Kulzer (dental and lab) marketing to ensure consistency in message and global brand unity to better brand/promote the organization.
  • Responsible to define and strengthen the Kulzer global brand in concert with HKG and Kulzer senior team through innovation and careful management that translates Kulzer’ esthetic vision, mission and positions into a highly recognizable brand to increase public awareness and attract customers.
  • Responsible to lead the development and implementation of social media and related customer/public relations programs and campaigns. Directs the e-marketing development and campaign processes, which includes selecting and targeting customers as well as tracking purchases/returns to determine ROI on all marketing programs.

Expense and Compliance Accountant
South Bend, IN

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the review, processing, reporting, and compliance of expense related matters for the business unit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to manage the electronic expense reporting system accurately via auditing receipts and expenses against the policy and the system. Ensure various systems (expenses and credit cards) and related procedural controls are reviewed, compared, managed appropriately, in compliance, and well documented during the payment approval process.
  • Responsible for the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations, along with monthly, quarterly and annual actual financial reporting/closings.
  • Responsible to review and evaluate existing systems and procedures on a continuing basis, recommending and then implementing revisions and enhancements as problems and opportunities are identified accordingly to company policies, procedures and practices.
  • Responsible to act as lead to address inquiries and disputes from health care professionals, health care institutions, external parties, and internal personnel to rectify and educate employees on non-compliance.

Maintenance Technician
Full Time, Days 1st Shift - South Bend, IN

Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician performs corrective and preventive maintenance, repair of production and facility equipment, and will perform mechanical skills, including but not limited to: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC. Must be knowledgeable in all ten (10) of our Maintenance Skill Elements (identified under “Qualifications/Skills” category below), and requires the expertise of a seasoned trades’ professional with competent, sound decision-making ability, many times working with minimal to no supervision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Must be proficient on the use of a variety of hand and power tools including, but not limited to: drills, saws, brakes, presses, ironworker, welding equipment, cutting torch, plasma cutter and digital volt meters.
  • Responsible to bend metallic conduit, install metallic conduit, and install flexible conduit.
  • Responsible to interpret electrical code for wiring color code, conduit fill, ampacities, etc., as it relates to electrical systems and installations.
  • Responsible to effectively work on single-phase and three-phase AC powered systems up to 480V; and DC power systems up to 180V.
  • Responsible to troubleshoot and repair motors and motor control systems as they relate to all production and facility equipment, timely and effectively.
  • Responsible to be familiar with man-lifting equipment, such as scissor lifts, forklifts, man-lift baskets, and boom-style lifts; following all OSHA and Kulzer rules and regulations associated with operating such equipment.
  • Responsible to learn all necessary QS procedures related to areas of responsibility, prior to release to work in those areas.
  • Responsible to learn and perform production level skills for all production lines as described in the respective job descriptions, i.e., but not limited to: VK, Gypsum, Pouch, Ivory.
  • Responsible to effectively train subordinate-level maintenance and production employees to all aspects of their job to ensure department safety, quality and efficiency.

Machine Operator/Mixer
Full Time, Days 1st Shift - South Bend, IN

Position Summary:
Individual chosen for this position will work within our manufacturing facility. This position is responsible to manufacturer, assemble, inspect and package product into specified containers along with the labeling and attaching appropriate paperwork, ensuring all QS procedures, and company policies and procedures are followed. Also, responsible to meet departmental productivity rates, inventory accuracy, housekeeping expectations, and safety goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Completion of appropriate paperwork and utilize software for entry and retrieval of operational data.
  • Manage VK area to meet or surpass department key performance indicators that apply to their position.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area, will be prompt and efficient on the job, and maintain a positive work ethic and related behaviors.
  • Properly weigh and mix/compound raw materials according to formula sheet specifications and QS procedures for production processes.
  • Must familiarize yourself and quickly gain working knowledge of machinery to perform job to include: preventative maintenance, cleaning of equipment and machinery, along with trouble-shooting the production line when necessary.
  • Perform required testing and full auditing of the product during and at the end of the process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Properly operate machinery according to quality standards.
  • Ensure all quality system procedures are followed and met within their area of control.

Position Summary:
Develop, recommend and monitor product marketing programs and strategies for established or new products within multiple product lines for Kulzer, Inc. with direct responsibility for meeting established profit objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and recommend short- and long-range business strategy for the marketing of the assigned products.
  • Develop and recommend short- and long-range sales and profit objectives for assigned products. Working with sales management, monitor and forecast progress against plans.

Training Coordinator

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, will deliver training requirements, and provide clerical and administrative duties related to company training programs and workshops to employees and managers. Monitors the effectiveness of training on employees using individual or group performance results. Collects feedback on sessions from attendees to use for future improvements to content and presentation. Develops new training programs design and existing program enhancements including lessons plans and training aids. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to plan, coordinate, direct, and/or execute strategic plans and programs around the training and mentoring for all Kulzer NA personnel as directed based on initiatives and company goals.
  • Responsible to evaluate training needs across Kulzer NA to effectively create and administer direct training programs.
  • Responsible to deliver trainings via Cornerstone LMS, Adobe connect webinar invites, and/or email notifications for, but not limited to the following: ISO to include Safety & Quality; Cornerstone, SharePoint/HQMS, Concur/Expense, HR Onboarding, and Scrap/Refining.
  • Responsible to furnish ISO Matrix to respective department manager during onboarding process for all new hires.
